Shenglun International Industrial Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shenglun Group) is a large-scale foreign trade and economic cooperation joint-stock enterprise group, approved by the People’s Government of Hebei Province (Document Ji Zheng Han [2005] No.117) and registered with the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of China. It was established on November 15, 2006, based on the former Hebei Shenglun Import and Export Group Company, with a registered capital of RMB 100 million and paid-in capital of RMB 116 million.

Shenglun Group has more than 400 domestic manufacturing suppliers and partners in China and maintains business relationships with over 1,230 foreign companies worldwide. Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1、Responsible for the company's comprehensive accounting operations.
2、Responsible for the company's tax declaration and all related tax affairs.
3、Responsible for preparing various financial statements, budget analyses, and internal management reports.
4、Responsible for invoice management, issuance, and maintenance of tax control equipment.
5、Carefully review various expense and reimbursement documents, generate vouchers, and manage collection, filing, and reimbursement processes.
6、Responsible for the management and archiving of accounting vouchers, ledgers, and reports.
7、Monitor and inspect the execution of various financial plans, prepare operational analysis reports, and provide suggestions for enhancing operational and financial management.

Job Requirements:

2、Over five years of financial work experience, capable of independently handling full-cycle accounting.

Job Responsibilities:

1、Formulate leasing plans to ensure the office building maintains a good occupancy status and rental income.

3、Responsible for leasing negotiations, contract signing, filing procedures, and related services.
4、Maintain good cooperative relationships with existing and potential tenants.

Leasing and Operations Specialist

Property & Safety Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1、Responsible for establishing the safety management system for the property project, including formulating and implementing systems for fire protection, security, emergency plans, etc.
2、Manage the security team (within 20 people), coordinate daily patrols, gate duty, monitoring dispatch, and emergency incident handling (e.g., fire, theft, disputes).
3、Supervise the maintenance, annual inspection, and upgrade of fire protection facilities (alarm systems, sprinklers, fire extinguishers) and security equipment (CCTV, access control).
4、Organize regular safety training and drills (at least once per quarter) to enhance the safety awareness of the team and residents/tenants.
5、Liaise with relevant government departments (Public Security, Fire Department, Street Office) to ensure compliant property operation.

Job Requirements:

1、College diploma or above, major not strictly limited (majors in Safety Management, Fire Engineering, Property Management preferred).
2、Over 5 years of property safety management experience, experience in large residential communities, commercial complexes, or office building projects is preferred.
3、Familiar with the Fire Protection Law, Work Safety Law, and local property management regulations. Proficient in practical skills like fire system operation and security equipment maintenance.
4、Certificate Requirements (possess at least one):
(1) Registered Fire Engineer (preferred)
(2) Building Firefighter Qualification Certificate
(3) Property Management Manager Certificate (e.g., MICPvA, CHI)

Job Responsibilities:

1、Research global market trends, formulate regional development strategies, and develop new clients through participation in exhibitions (e.g., Canton Fair, trade shows).

Job Responsibilities:
