On November 15, 2006, the restructured Shenglun International Industrial Group Co., Ltd. was officially registered. A grand unveiling ceremony was held on December 15 at the Hebei Hall, where Vice Governor Fu Shuangjian presided over the inauguration of the newly established Shenglun International Industrial Group Co., Ltd.; 2005
In September 2005, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Hebei Province submitted a proposal to the provincial government regarding the establishment of Shenglun International Industrial Group Co., Ltd. as the core enterprise (Document Ji Guo Zi Cheng[2005] No. 151). On October 9, the provincial government approved the reorganization plan through official reply (Document Ji Zheng Han [2005]No. 117), marking the formal authorization for the company’s restructuring and establishment.; 2004

In 1998, Hebei Garment Import & Export Company and Hebei Knitted Cotton Textile Import & Export Company were merged to form Hebei Shenglun Import & Export Group. Between 1998 and 2006, the company achieved a total import–export volume of USD 350 million, contributed RMB 110 million in taxes, and generated RMB 38 million in profits.; 1997
