Shenglun International Industrial Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shenglun Group) is a large-scale foreign trade and economic cooperation joint-stock enterprise group, approved by the People’s Government of Hebei Province (Document Ji Zheng Han [2005] No.117) and registered with the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of China. It was established on November 15, 2006, based on the former Hebei Shenglun Import and Export Group Company, with a registered capital of RMB 100 million and paid-in capital of RMB 116 million.

The Group’s core business in apparel, knitted, cotton, and woolen products dates back to the 1970s, with over five decades of continuous development and expertise.

The Group’s annual import and export volume exceeds USD 700 million.
